Thursday June 4 first-block we made at 9:00am-10:30am
before morning tea.

We made our Anzac biscuits in our classroom. We also used the hall kitchen  oven to melt the butter and the golden syrup over a low heat on the stove top. Then we used the oven again to bake the Anzac biscuits.

We used measuring a cup. We cut the butter in 100 grams. Each pieces have 50 to make 100 grams we cut 2 pieces and to make 100 grams I made by using the wrapper. We used the measuring cup to measure sugar, flour, rolled oats and coconut. Then we used the measuring spoon to measure ingredients like golden syrup, baking soda and water.
