Tech blog post: Wood Work
Today went went to Tamaki College for tech. Some of the year 7 were learning about woodwork with Mr Grundy we all called Mr Grundy, Sir sometimes we call him using his name. This week (week 6) I have completed drawing ideas and I have also chosen and drawn my best idea which was a locomotive. I had to draw the locomotive using the wood that Sir gave us. To complete this drawing I got a lot of help from Sir and now I am up to the cutting part. For cutting we used a bench hook, saw and we also used a bench work. We used the bench hook to hold items tight, we used the bench work help cut the wood and we used the saw to cut the piece of wood.
