Today We (LS2) had started our dance with Ms Anderson. Today was Ms Anderson's first ever dance session and this week for dance we had to do some warm ups. A warm up is a small exercise that will stretch you body muscles which lets our blood cells get through your body fast.
Our task for today was to find many varieties of warm up moves. I really enjoyed doing the Russian twist because it is really simple to do.
Next time I need to practice my burpees because, I am really bad at push ups.
