Today we had Kiwi Can sessions. This week our topic was Taking Risks and Risky Behaviours. Taking risks is basically doing something dangerous for example, Rock climbing is dangerous, you never know when something is going to happen like a rock might fall or your harness might come loose or even standing and talking in front of a crowd.
What happened today...
First the Kiwi Can tutors Mr Malu and Miss Latoia gave us a warm up game called Bip Bop Bounce.
Then we went into the activity. The activity was called hand soccer. Our goal for this activity was to participate, contribute and support our team.
About hand soccer...
In this game all the players need to pass the ball using their hands to their teammates before scoring a goal.
We had lots of fun playing this game.
