This week for HIIT, ( High Intensity Interval Training) we were to do different exercises. For these exercises we needed to have a lot of strength. As some of you might know last week we were focusing on split squat, split squat jumps, split squat pulse and tap step or star jumps, and the session before we were focusing on squats, squat jumps, and etc. As you see for the pass two sessions we were focusing on squats, however this session we are focusing on pull ups, push ups and squats.
For this session we were to form into pairs then find two other pairs to form groups of six. Then each pair have a station to work in. Jack (my partner) and I we in the pull up station. Coree and Noveah, we in the push up station and finally Miki and John were in the squats station.
