Dance: Keeping in time and Positions.

Today we did dance. This week Mrs Anderson took a video of all of the groups and she showed us our videos for us to see what we need to change. We mostly need to work on our timing and our positions because we couldn't see the students behind us. For our timing we have to do the moves at the same time not like one 1 pair putting their hands down and they others putting it to the side. I had worked with Freeman, Joshua and a new person and he is Tai. We had to work with Tai because people from his groups are away and Sylis from our group is also away so we decided to work with him. I think he did an amazing job and I am so impressed with him because today was his first time with us and he we tried so hard to make his familiar with the moves.

People who have / not littered in our school

This pie chart show the amount of people that have and have not littered in our school. The pie chart says that 54 people have littered and 26 people have not littered at Panmure Bridge. This needs a big change and that is that the yes has to decrease and the no’s have to increase. I've worked with Joshua W.

Soft plastic presentation with Mrs Caroline

Today afternoon Mrs Caroline came to LS2 to talk about soft plastic. She had also told us about where these soft plastics should go and how to know if our plastic is a soft plastic. Our task was to create a DLO about soft plastics using some of Mrs Caroline’s facts she found. I think that this presentation is really good because I've added many animations to it. My favourite slide is slide 4. HAVE FUN. 

Readtheory: Cesar Chavez

Today I did Read theory. Read theory is a site with many different stories in made in many different ways for us to read. After we've read the story we have to answer a few questions based on the story. Today I did really well and I got 6 out of 6. The story I read was about Cesar Chavez. I learnt that Cesar Chavez was American civil rights activist who fought for the migrant worker rights without any violence. Here is the story I've read and the questions I've answered.

    

Cybersmart ( Constructive blog comment ).

                Today we were learning about being cybersmart. I had commented on Joshua W fantastic personification presentation on The days of the week. I think he did an amazing work.

Dance

Today we had dance. This week we did not do our warm up because we had get straight into our dance. Mrs Anderson gave us 15 minutes to practice our dance moves. For the 15 minutes one of the person in our group of 4 went for testing so we had to work in threes. But he eventually showed up. In my group of four there are Joshua W, Freeman, Sylis and me. After the 15 minutes we had to take videos and photos of us doing our dance moves. I think we need to work on our speed. I had lots of fun at Dance.

Preventing Littering at Panmure Bridge School

Today for inquiry we had to get into groups 4 and we had to negotiate without talking about how Panmure Bridge should prevent littering. The pupils in my team came up with fantastic Ideas. My favorite was the one which say have more bins in our school and we should the one which says tidy kiwi should be long like 3 three weeks. I could not believe that lots of people came up with have more bins at our school. I really had fun negotiating with my group members with out speaking and using sign language.
